House rules to make your stay more comfortable and our work easier.

Welcome to Kató Apartment! Please read our house rules carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

The apartment can be occupied between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. (This can be

adjusted flexibly with prior agreement.)

Please take care of the furnishings and do not take any items from the apartment into

the garden! (e.g., decorative pillows, bed linen, glassware, plates...)

or their legal representative.

As in any household, unexpected breakdowns may occur that are not the guest's fault.

To avoid further damage, please report these to us as soon as possible. The same goes

for any deficiencies you may notice.

We practice selective waste collection. Please place the trash in the appropriate bins;

otherwise, it will not be picked up. Do not leave garbage bags with food waste in front

of the apartment, as small animals/rodents may tear them apart.

When leaving the apartment, always turn off the water and electricity, close the

windows, and switch off the air conditioning!

Only paying, registered guests are allowed on the apartment property.
Please park in the designated parking spot reserved for the apartment.
The total participation fee refers to the number of days booked in advance. If you

decide to leave earlier, we cannot provide any refund.

Out of respect for the neighbors and the local quiet hours, please refrain from any

noisy activities.

The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not comply

with the house rules.

The apartment is self-catering – we do not provide meals. Upon arrival, you will find a

basic starter pack; please replenish your own supplies as needed.
